revised car hire

Due to some very helpful assistance from Caroline's relatives in Canada it appears that we will not be requiring a car until we get to Jasper, after our train journey from Toronto. The car hire has been canceled and we are grateful to everyone's help out in Canada already... and we've not even got there yet!
